The current version of the proceedings is "v7".

Running list of updates:
v3: First copy to drupal. Includes first internal updates.
v4: Suggestions from Carl. After implementing these, it was a bit too long. Some of the text was rewritten and shortened to fit it all into 6 pages.
v5: Suggestions from Anselm and Jim. Needs a final Belle reference before it's ready to send on to startalks.
v6: Final updates from PWG comments. First version sent to startalks.
v7: Updates from Gang. This is the final version, unless there are further comments.
