Run13 W stream P14ia runQA summary (period 1)
Here is the summary of run13 W stream P14ia pp500 production, period I, before day 128. We have two separate streams, L2BW and L2EW. Run QA are also done separately
runlist get from catalog: 1011 runs totally. Here is the luminosity tracking by Jamie. BHT3*L2BW and EHT1*L2EW .
columns are : Run, Seconds since Dec 31, 2012 00:00 for run start, Seconds since Dec. 31, 2012 00:00 for run end, Integrated luminosity, prescale, livetime from TCU, base trigger for luminosity monitoring, livetime of the base trigger, P^2 L, P^4 L
2) 48 runs which lasted for less than 3 mins are treated as bad runs, will not be used for physics. Remove them from runlist. Luminosity is negligible.
3) At the beginning of run 13, couples of runs had used test trigger ID. Runs (14 for L2BW ,20 for L2EW) with test trigger ID will be never used for physics analysis, Removed them from runlist. Jamie didn't record the luminosity for test trigger ID runs.
4) a. 5 runs have no L2EW trigger and no EEMC included.
b. 14 runs have EEMC included but have no EEMC information.
These runs can't be used in Endcap analysis. And will increase the background in Barrel. Remove them from both runlists.
5) ESMD is used for energy isolation and background reduction. Runs without the ESMD included should be removed from L2EW runlist. They are mainly at the beginning of run13. Here is the runlist.
6) Several runs with only very few L2EW events, <100. Removed them.
7) During day 96-98, 30% channels of EEMC was OFF. Runs with less coverage at Endcap still should be good to be used. But we should be careful with them. Here is the runlist. During day 99, the 30%-off EEMC channels was fixed. But the emsd still hot at that region. We can just mask those channel out and put them in the same list with 30%-off.
8) During day 100, 4 runs were taken with TPC gas issue. Their dE/dx distribution looked different with the other runs. Just removed them for safty.
9) During day 85, fill 17281, the Vertex Z distribution had 10 cm shift from 0. We still have not found any clues for this. (Gene helpped to look into some details. Also, I asked Jeff about the possible trigger bias and have sent email to Drees to ask the beam performance. waitting for response.). So far, all the detector perfomed well. So, we can keep them in question runlist and pay a little more attention.
10) When we did the manually QA run by run ( link to Devika's drupal page) , we found a lot of anormal daq rate plots. Here is the list for the runs which were marked as "Tr", trgger rate issue. Some runs are extremely bad. Just removed them. But most of them have a flat region. If we haven't found any other clues on detector preformance, we should not directly remove them. Let's keep them in a separate list and analysis them more carefully. If everything looks well in the analysis, we can keep them in our final result.

Finalize the runlist with Devika
1. The runs without EEMC have been included again, put them in the question list. So, the runs with " NoEtow, exclude in the first table for L2BW should be go into question list.
2. The runs with TPC gas issue were also included into the question list.
3. remove run 14077004, which was taked before CAD declare physics.

With the new runlist, the embedding list is also updated, as well, the zerobias daq file request list from hpss.
