Rates for fixedTarget triggers:

For most runs the beam was away from the target.   In this case the rate of the fixedTarget_bbc trigger was ~40hz.    There were also a large number of monitoring triggers taking data at 10hz, which would have a lot of the bandwidth depending on the exact time the data was sampled from.
