20191126: Layout for inner hybrid (v2.3) are improved and updated. 

Modification:  improve the power plane and power vias & modify the value for resistors R1, R2 from 49.9 to 78.7 Ohm (comparing with v2.1)

Reason: improve the "impedance of power routing on the hybrid" (From Gerard)  

Status: The layout for v2.3 inner hybrid is improved and updated.
             The dimensions (shape, size, positions of APV, sensors, and APV bonding pads and sensor HV bias pads) in v2.3 are unchanged w.r.t. v2.1. 
             The latest output files included schematic, assembly drawings, CAD, BOM, and gerber files can be found in the attachment.
