Modification:  Keep ONE set of temperature sensor and reset circuit

Reason: 8 APV25 chips on one set of inner and outer hybrid share one set of temperature sensor and reset circuit.  
              If two sets of temperature sensor and reset circuits are placed on one T-board,  there may be problems during the signal transmission.              

Results: The design for T-board are updated to v3.0.
