Comparing Jet Trees

In general I have more aggressive hot channel masking including highly bit shifted channels in my analysis. However, for the purpose of comparing jet trees, I removed all masking here. 
The following plots compare jet variables from our jet trees for run number: 16087001. These distributions are without any cut applied and without any corrections. These are for all trigger types. The red histograms are from my jet tree and the black histograms are from Zhanwen's jet tree.

Comparing UE p_T Corrections:

Comparison with Jet Pt/E Corrections:

- Zhanwen's detector level jet pt is over estimated and your correction function corrects it by shifting it to the left. So when he applies pt cut, he loses statistics from lower pt values.

- My detector level jet pt is under estimated and my correction function shifts it slightly to the right. I do not lose statistics even if I cut on updated pt.

- The different sings in correction functions could be related to how we reconstructed photons and other cuts/setup.
