Upsilon spin alignment paper proposal
- we will wait a few days (till next Wednesday) for feedback from the working group on the analysis and paper proposal (figures, conclusions etc). Then PAs will have some time to incorporate these comments and then, if no major issue is found, we will try to schedule the paper preview in a few weeks (let's aim for 3 weeks from now).

PicoDst production:
Rongrong:
- cannot access BEMC information in the MuDst, still waiting fro feedback from EMC expert (Kevin)
- number of global tracks in HT events is smaller than in MB events (very strange)
while waiting for the solution, there are two approaches we can use to estimate picoDst size for HT events
a) assume that number of tracks in HT events is similar to that in events with Central trigger
b) check multiplicities in MB, HT and Central data in run10 or run11

Pythia8 and LHAPDF
- we need to documents Pythia8 settings we are going to use for the official STAR results. We have already STAR HF tunes done by Thomas Ullrich (http://www.star.bnl.gov/protected/heavy/ullrich/pythia8/) where he tuned Pytiha to reproduce J/psi and NPE results in p+p 200 GeV. This could be a good starting point for a STAR note on this subject.
Zhenyu: we should check if we can reproduce Thomas' results with the official Pythia version available at STAR. Xiaozhi is doing that right now for J/psi and NPE (for NPE, we could even improve the tune since we have better statistics data and wider pT coverage now). Will be also good to check the results for D-meson production.
