AJ Comparison Run7 -> Run11

- p1 is a direct comparison with no further restrictions.
- p2: Enforcing the presence of a 6 GeV high tower after bad tower
maps and after hadronic correction. This is a pretty brutal cut,
removing about 30%. What's interesting is that it affects y7 and y11
pretty much the same way. Recall that NPE18 requires only about ~4.3
GeV, while L2gamma requires 5.5-5.75 GeV, so losing the same
statistics with in one case a mildly higher, in the other a much
higher Et cut is non-trivial.
- p3: Rejecting the refmult dip runs 12138081 -- 12145020
This costs about 20% of events, and it also costs about 20% of dijets.
I would call the two statistically identical.
- p4: Additionally rejecting the phi strip between -1.2 and 0, and all
jets less than 0.4 away from said strip.
That incurs a massive loss of statistics. For a single jet, it's
already 30%, but the dijet requirement essentially doubles that.
It also looks like that leads to a significant change in AJ.
-p 5: The phi strip rejection by itself, to get at least the 20% back
that Nick's study indicates may be largely bad due to differences in
that strip.
