Very Preliminary Run6 FPD AN with cuts
The following plots all show RAW cross ratio without polarization corrections. The scripts used to generate these are different from ones used by Steve, and only rough comparision has been made. So there are for diagnositcs only, as there may very well be issues!
All plots are with center cut, Z<0.85, and no BBC minimum bias condition.
Pi0 mass cut=0.085~0.185, Eta mass cut=0.45~0.65, and 1Ph=one and only one photon events
Now with the 0.35cell width fiducial cut.
the last point for Eta is misleading. Cross ratio doesn't work right when any one of the input values become 0. In this case, the raw single arm asymmetry is about 60%, similar to the previous plot without the fiducial cut.
Previously, we have seen that single photons can be split by reconstruction and produce a false mass peak.
So here we use more conservative mass cut for the pi0, from 0.12 to 0.185. Anything below 0.12 is now included in the "1Ph" event set. That is, now "1Ph" consist of all one photon events plus two photon events with Mgg less than 0.12. Again, the same center cut and Z<0.85 applies. There is no fiducial cut.
