Master Controller 9V Diagnostic
If it is determined that 9V is not present at the FET output, (marked "9V" in the figure) then it will be useful to make two more "optional" measurements to verify which part has failed.
There are two vias, marked in bright red circles, that will check the status of the I2C voltage control chip, and the (AND gate+small FET) assembly.
