Event-plane resolution versus centrality - with Isaac's help

Joey has made a great post today on the event-plane resolution in the isobar run.  I have been working with Isaac on similar studies, so I thought I'd post this as well.

Here, we use the fully-correct formula for event plane resolution.  Also, we have used phi-weighting to flatten the plane.

It does not use any "ring weights" (discussed here), but they don't seem a huge help (5%?) for 2nd-order plane anyway.

Below find the full-event \Psi_2 resolution, calculated the "correct way" not just using the sqrt(2) estimation.  Looks very good!
