The second timing scan of 2019

The first EPD timing scan took a good part of the weekend of 23-24 Feb 2019, due to poor beam availability. But unfortunately the QT32B algorithm had a corrupting bug.
So we did another one with good resolution and decent statistics. It took all night 27-28 Feb.
Unfortunately, it turns out that the new QT32B algorithm also had a corrupting bug.
