  • confirming all hardware organized/accounted for (!)
  • mount SS into strongbacks (East and West) (incl strain relief)
  • hang East side FB (TBC)
  • SiPMs and spacers on FB
  • holes for new Terminal Block positions
  • string MDR and PWR/ctrl cables
  • load FEEs into FEE boxes
    • first, set address switches (0..11 left-to-right in box).
  • dremmel stockades
  • load Rx cards into CAMAC crate (check with Tim)
  • find the data in the QT/DAQ stream with pulsers.
