Close MV1

Check cylinder on gas pad - open TOP valve on bottle

Check inline valves on wall at gas pad and on wall in gas mixing room. Insure ~15psi on regulator near "T" for lines A and B

Turn on Hastings Mass Flow Controller (above PC)

Confirm that PI1 is ~15psi (gas rack on wall)

Set FI1 flow to 100ccm

Close SV1

Open SV2

Set desired FM1 rate on PC

Go to 2nd floor N platform and check equalization. This is easier if you do one side at a time
