pAu200 Run 15 multiplicity of slats
Here is the multiplicity of slats for pAu200 data from Run 15.
There are a few things to note about the plots which I will outline here.
All plots have been compared to db values and then cut on, ensuring only relevant hits. From there the plots were normalized by run to ensure visual clarity - in this same effort, I believe all plots have been cut to exclude "towers" or notably high values that were dominating the rest of the plot, obscuring interpretation. The most significant of which was run 16139021, which despite running 3 times, still yielded the same results. However, there were several other examples (I believe almost exclusively limited to smbs plots) in which several runs had towers for a multiplicity of 0, which I needed to cut down by about 30% to allow the rest of the variance in the plot to be clear - these values will all be a bright red color in the plot.
Finally, two issues worthy of note:
1. During the first 39 runs of the good run list I was given were not using valid physics triggers, and hence when I parsed them, they were omitted by my program because they did not satisfy the necessary conditions. Rather than re-run everything I have simply included this note. The good run via the plot now go from 16126050 to 16159024.
2. It appears that Q1L1 and Q1L2 have visibly noticeable issues for several runs towards the end. Although I do not know what has caused this issue (though someone more familiar may) but I thought it pertinent to at least note these issues persist from run 16155001 until 16155048 (26 runs in total).
