1) QA of Run16 st_hlt - Sooraj Radhakrishnan
a. Suggest to use the regular st_physics data since the st_hlt stream is highly biased.
b. Check whether the dead sector in HFT caues the inefficiency around -1.5 < phi < -1 when matching tracks to HFT.
