1) Trigger bias study for jpsi events for Run15 pp200 - Takahito Todoroki
a. For the estimation of the fraction of pileup events within the |vzTPC-vzVPD| window, the fit function is discontinuous at vzTPC-vzVPD = 0. Need to improve the fit.
b. Check with Bingchu if the 4Cx tune is applied on top of STAR HF tune or not.
c. The VPD simulation is checked for Run15 pp 200 GeV data, and it looks good.
2) Ds v2 for Run14 AuAu 200 GeV - Md Nasim
a. Compare the NHitsFit and NHitsDedx distributions between data and simulation for Run14 AuAu 200 GeV to make sure the uncertainty is small.
b. Check with Long what D^0 yield in 10-40% was used to produce the Ds/D0 ratio plot presented at QM17. Also need to check the TAMU prediction for D0 RAA in 10-40% to figure out if it under-predicts Ds yield or over-predicts the D0 yield.
c. The Ds v2 and Ds RAA plots are approved as preliminary.
3) D0 v1 for Run14+16 AuAu 200 GeV - Subash Singha
a. The high-end tail in gRefMult distribution seen in Run16 could be due to pileup tracks, and thus can be rejected by looking at gRefMult vs. tofMult distribution.
b. With compatible statistics, the D0 raw yield is higher in Run14 compared to Run16 despite StiCA is used for Run16 production.
c. Analyze st_sst stream in Run16 to utilize the full statistics. If this is done in time, suggest to take the average of Subhash's and Sooraj's results and assign the half of the difference as the uncertainty. If not, will use Soorja's data points for Run16.
d. At the same time, suggest to perform more test statistic of Run14 and Run16 D0bar results to quantify the consistency between them.
e. Add systematic uncertainty to the plot.
