MTD operation and analysis
MTD running status
- 2018 isobar run
- 19086059 - 19088004: MTD not in the run
- 19096056 - 19096057: HV trip for BL 1 and 30. MTD out of the run
- 19109048 - 19110032: BL 18-20 masked out due to high current.
- 19110037 - 19116033: BL 1, 30 masked out
- 19114027 - 19116033: BL 3 masked out
- 19114027 - 19124025: BL 2 masked out

- 19099020 - 19099021: MTD Flowmeter2 alarmed went from ~35.75 to ~42. Called Shuai Yang. Shuai suggested to touch the back cables to the flow meter. Did that. Flowmeter went back down to 34.75. The value of 34.5 is closer to the interested value (5%) of the total flow (700). On April 6, the flowmeter jumped from 34.75 to 35.75, which is why the number was higher.
- Day 123: Bob, Bill, Rahaul and I finally figured out the BL2-gas-pipe was connected to MTD BL30, and BL30-gas-pipe is connected to MTD BL2. The BL2-gas-pipe has issue since the beginning of run18, which explains the high current issue for all five BL30 trays at the beginning of run18. The BL30 high current issue was fixed by connecting it to BL23-gas-pipe. Unfourtnately, I turned off the BL30-gas-pipe at some day, which caused the MTD-BL2 high current problem. We just turned on the BL30-gas-pipe, and this should fix the MTD-BL2 high current problem.
- NOTE: the BL2-gas-pipe is not really fixed, but we are sure the flow-meter itself is good.
