Studies on the hot column criteria for vpd min bias.

Updates on changes done to missing columns. Initially all missing columns were being flagged:

Code was updated to only flag blocks of at least 50 missing columns (~5% of sensor):

Individual hot pixels were studied as well and it was found that, although the current criteria was working correctly
flagged hot pixels were not bieng removed during MonMaker. Issue is being addressed

Issue with individual pixel masking in Shusu's Mon maker code has been addressed. The flagged hot pixels are now removed after applying
Masking tables:

Some minor issues were found with Masking code when assignign sensor status after looking at the tables for Day 98 Run 39.
These issues have been issued and addressed:

Reporting solutions to issues reported by Shusu:
1) Some bad sensors were being flagged as low efficiency.
2) Sensor status fluctuations between non-uniform (3) and hot (12) sensors.

2) The following addressed the sability issues in sensor status:

Tests involving reducing fluctuations in the number of hot rows/columns between runs.  Luminosity 
dependence introduced in calculations and comparison between cuts.

The following plots, courtesy of Shusu Shi, show the effect of the luminosity dependent cuts onv the number of hot columns
and row on a larger set of runs. A clear improvement  int he fluctuations between runs can be seen using the luminosity dependence
