I processed some of Run14 data  with Yuri's new TPC alignment and looked at the residulas on HFT layers. 

Summary:
The new TPC alignment was done using low luminosity data so the the Global T0 looks very good for the AuAu200GeV. There is potentially a 200μm offset which can be corrected using HFT. 
For the cosmics there is 850μm T0 shift which can be can corrected using HFT.

Details:

The first set of plots below are from cosmic runs 15040042,15040038,15040031,15040030. Left column is residuals aong Z-direction on PXL and right is on IST.
From  the plots vs. η the DV seems to be okay on both sides. However, there is a clear Global T0 offset resulting in 850μm shift.

The second set of plots below are from low luminosity (peripheral events too) AuAu200 GeV runs  15158046,15158047,15158048. Left column is residuals aong Z-direction on PXL and right is on IST. 
The T0 offset is much smaller than the cosmics, there is potentially a ~200μm shift.
