Regarding the T0 calibration.
I looked at AuAu low luminosity run 15100084.
I used events with Number_of_primary_tracks < 100 and tracks with pT>1.0 GeV.
The T0 correction from residuals on PXL are negligible.
Plots can be found here: http://www.star.bnl.gov/protected/heavy/mstftsm/tpc/t0-using-HFT/
Here are the T0 calculations:
--------------------------------------------------
T0 correction from h_pxl_eta_Z is 0.8+/-3.1 (μm) ~ (2+/-6)e-05 (μs)
--------------------------------------------------
T0 correction from h_ist_eta_Z is (1.0+/-0.4)e+02 (μm) ~ 0.0018+/-0.0007 (μs)
--------------------------------------------------
--------------------------------------------------
IST
resolution along Z is very 1800μm. So we rely on the residuals on PXL to conclude that T0 does not need any futher correction.
