Revised look at run 6 simulation

In the last study, the rough efficiency calculation (vs. pT) yielded a very low value, ~5%. In the code, Weihong defined two different R squared values, one for a simple MC sample (single or di-pion events) and another for a pythia sample. In the past results, the simple MC R squared was used. This was remedied, and the efficiency (vs. pT) yielded ~30%. Below are the efficiency plots vs. pT and energy, and then the usual pi0 mass fits (they look about the same as the last post).
