On Saturday Bernd and I setup new software for ramping the FGT High Voltage.

The test was successful for a single channel.  However it failed to properly ramp when all three HV cards were "enabled."

I recompiled the code today after moving several variables out of global scope.  Each instance of the Sequencer was using the same variable to index a FOR loop.  As a result, several of the FOR loops were skipped entirelly.

The new software was installed today and the FGT slow controls IOC was restarted.  We tested it with all channels and they were observed to ramp properly.

The graph below is from the logger.  It shows the rampup and ramp down of 6 of the channels.
