NLO MSRT2004 and CTEQ6M comparison

I included the CTEQ6M tables for DeFlorian's Anti-kT code and reran at 200 and 500 GeV to see how the values changed.  Generally we see a 5-10% reduction in the cross-section (note that past space and bin width are not included in the values shown below).  As far as I can tell the code will need additional infrastructure in the "non-user" part of the code in order to include more modern pdfs such as CTEQ10 or 12. If we want to use these pdfs then I would prefer to ask DeFlorian to make the necessary changes so we should figure this out sooner rather than later.

200 GeV - red points are MRST2004, red lines are the systematic errors, black points are CTEQ6M

500 GeV - red points are MRST2004, red lines are systematic errors and black points are CTEQ6M.
