What is shown below are the results of several runs.  For each run, the control GUI is shown, followed by what is seen at the "StEvent" level.  See the link at the top for details


Today (19051) we took several runs:

001 - Pedestal rhic clock clean (vped = 0, vbias = 56)
002 - PedAsPhys (vped = 0, vbias = 56) same as 001 for sanity

003 - EPD_TUFFmap_02202018_vped0.txt (2 different vped for some tiles)


Problem!!!!  Note that PP09TT01 on East side is not showing up on the "output" plot.  This is SS01, and TT01 has the "special" mapping!  We need to track down that tile's signal!

Analysis of the maps above revealed several problems:  21feb2018

• West PP05 Tiles 02,03,04,05 are all missing in these runs.  - see runs 36,37,38,39,40,43,44,47
  
  • but they were NOT missing in our first study here: drupal.star.bnl.gov/STAR/blog/lisa/checking-mapping-all-way-tuff-box-stevent-and-mudst - were they unplugged in the meantime??
• East PP08TT08 and PP08TT09 are swapped - see runs 38, 43, 44
• Why is West PP08TT02 on, in run 37 ????

The following problems were also noted above, but have been fixed:

• East PP09TT01 missing - see runs 3,44
  • but then it is fixed again in run 45
  • Prashanth has fixed this in the database.  (It appears fixed in run 45 because I ran it last, after he fixed the database)
• East PP08TT27 missing - see runs 40,41,44,45
  • this was already noted in our first study - drupal.star.bnl.gov/STAR/blog/lisa/checking-mapping-all-way-tuff-box-stevent-and-mudst
  • Prashanth has discovered a bent pin in the positronix cable and fixed it.

Also, why is East PP06TT30 "on" in the GUI????
