We are shifting the PV position from XYZ to 00Z in order to obtain a smooth angular distribution for reconstructed candidates.

Is it OK?

1)Secondary veretex possition pulls:

A)XYZB) 00Z 

Pulls for the 00Z case are realy wide. RMS=3.4 is too large, I guess.

2) Primary vertex position pulls

A) XYZ

B) 00Z

Of course, we cannot anticipate nice PVx and PVy pulls since we have moved the PV. But RMS 100?

3) Decay length

A) XYZ

B) 00Z

In both cases the pulls are not flawless, however the 00Z case is worse.

Overall I think that moving the PV to 00Z is not a wise solution.
