This document is intended to collect the current known issues regarding reconstructing particles in the EEMC and regarding backgrounds to $\pi^0$ production.  The comments are provided without documentation, as the document is designed help map what needs to be done to document known issues as well as to help assist in determining how to proceed.  The information presented herein represent what I have learned from studies conducted by myself and other colleagues, including Hal Spinka, Dave Underwood, and Keith Kruger, as well as
many others.  The document should be thought of an working notes, not a final report.
