As part of passing off the "scribe" position to other PAs, I am placing the source for analysis note II and the paper draft here.  These are current as of today, Apr 18th, 2013.  The files contain a subdirectory (with more subdirectories) and have all the files needed to compile (via latex) and make the pdfs (via dvipdfm).
