A: We updated the paper draft based on the comments from our first GPC meeting.

2. Fig. 2: We have now UrQMD models with compressibility k=382. Also

have JAM calculations with mean field Fig. 6 supplementary section.

 

3. Fig 3: The 4.5 GeV data is removed, because of several reasons:

data have large uncertainties and the NCQ is not conclusive. Negative

particles are missing and data doesn't cover mid-rapidity.

 

4. Fig. 4: UrQMD models are too scattered, PAs will try to make cosmetic

changes: thinner model lines?

 

5. PAs will work on adding a few sentences in quantifying the NCQ

scaling to the paper.
A: We have added some discussion from line210-219, in the updated paper draft (version 5).

 

6. Study on the effect of B field on the EPD-EP has been done. Expected

systematics ~ 1%. PAs will add to systematics.

 

7. PAs, please attach version of manuscripts and response to GPC

questions to the paper web-page. So we can keep a track of discussions

and the changes in manuscript.

 

8. Ding has done the QA for 3 GeV data. 27 and 54 GeV QA is ongoing.

PAs will add Xi code to CVS, so Ding can go ahead with code QA.
A: The Xi v1 code has been added to CVS, and I also inform Ding of that.
