EPD remap (QTC issues)

EQ3 board 0x1C DC: A,B,C,D  (here DC A is fine, but remapped so that QTC board is independent of EPD operation, so TRG group can work on it)
EQ1 board 0x1C DC: C
EQ1 board 0x1D DC: C
EQ1 board 0x1E  DC: D

have issues.
