Barrel Noise Study - QA

Oleg wanted to see a plot with the outliers, ie, channels for which online pedestals deviates more than 2 ADC ch from Tonko's pedestals. So I've attached the following below:

1) A pdf with 3 plots - one for each run - with the difference in Online Pedestal and Tonko's pedestal (on the y axis) versus the softId (on the x axis).
2) Three text files - one for each run - with more details about the outliers. It has the SoftId, Crate, Sequence and the Difference in Pedestals, for the outliers.
