Action Items:

1. Flemming/Zhenyu/Xu will read through the FST paper draft and make updates when necessary.

2. Each institution will update the author list and acknowledgement.

3. Prishwith will contact Prashanth to understand the possible effect on FST from the emergency power test.

4. Gerard will change the FST dead time for commissioning. Ziyue/Prishwith will work on FST commissioning on Tuesday 04/23/2024.
