RHIC CLK change (sampling rate) Vs Baseline shift Vs Gain

The DEP 32 readout indicates reasonably consistent gain.
The baseline shift occurs more so at the ends of the lower and higher sampling rates, but again the gain looks satisfactory, which we did not have before the modifications.
