All the above spectrums use the data from /home/starreco/reco/pp2006MinBias/FullField/dev/2006/089/.

Conclusion: The code used by Alice and Scott is consistent. But the results from Eztree and regular mudst branches are different.

Log file from Scott's directory shows that he analyzed the Eztree branches to calibrate the EEMC.

Note for the data:
We found two different places store the same data.

Data in directory /home/starreco/reco/pp2006MinBias/FullField/dev/2006/089/ have Eztree branches. while Data in directory
/home/starreco/reco/pp2006MinBias/FullField/P06ie/2006/089/ do not have Eztree branches.

Scott used total 160 files from 2006 day 089 with 1.79M events, while in library-P06ie it contain 156 files with 1.76M events, library-dev has 145 fiels with 1.57M events.

Compare the spectrum a05U123 from different run number using library-dev's data by Alice's code.

Run number 7089008, 7089014, 7089025, 7089091, 7090008 have the identical spectrum. Since run number 7090008 has the same files as Scott use we compare the plot below:
