Use the tower gain get before, mask out 6 completely dead tower sector:

Recalibrate the run9 SMD gain, compare to the 2006 final SMD gains:

Most sectors look good except 09V. About 10 more strips have smaller gains compare to that in run6. I found that these strips have spectrum which have a much larger slopes than their neighbor strips, show 09V043, 09V183 & 09V239 as example below.
