Now that the functionality of my code has stabilised, I have cleaned it up and written some documentation for it. The current operational manual is uploaded with this post. It is designed as a guide to how to run the programme, but not as detailed documentation of the code itself. There is however a brief overview of the code structure, and I have attemped to be comment the code sufficiently to make it understandable. There is a tarball of all the code I use located at

/star/u/tpb/gains/FmsVoltages.tar.gz

This contains everything required to compile and run the programme, plus a copy of the manual. I shall update it as the code and/or manual is developed. Feedback, particularly on the usability of the code and the clarity of the manual, is welcome.
