I determined the timing change between p+p running and U+U running.

These curves represent the integral of the ADC spectrum from 100<ADC-PED<350.

The greem line is the result of the gaussian fit to the region 99-131 ns and the red line is

the nominal value of 119 determined in the p+p running.
