2013 BTOW Timing

Here is my analysis of BTOW timing for 2013.
Graphs represent the sum of all ADC-Pedestal>30 for each crate.

The timing appears to have shifted from 115 (2012) to 173.7 (2013) -> 58.7 ns +/- 1 ns
