After adjustments of the TCU by Chris Perkins and Jack Engelage, we redid the timing curve for
BTOW: 

Runs 14068053-14068068
Phase Delay 75-150
Delta Phase = 5 ns

The optimum timing of the crates is a phase delay of 119 +/- 1 ns
