I have analyzed runs taken for the BSMD timing scan:

I calculated the sum of all ADCs>400 for each crate in the attached plots.

I determined the average delay is 113.4 ns, with zero = 104/0.  This means the best setting is crossing=105, plus
a TCD phase =113.4-106.4 = 7 ns
