The problem I was having with using the StEmcCollection vanished as mysteriously as it came, but at least my code is working now, so here are some plots that would have gone into my presentation two weeks ago:

Also, I used the same data set to look at the correlation between the eta and phi planes.  As you can see from the bottom plot, and as expected, it's not very good.
