11/4 Group Meeting Update

1. A new cluster finder: I'm working on a BSMD cluster finder that crosses module boundaries along the direction of the BSMD plane and potentially allows merging of clusters across module boundaries in the direction opposite to that of the BSMD plane.  Then I match eta and phi clusters by looking at the distance in eta-phi between the clusters and their energy asymmetry (=abs(e1-e2)/(e1+e2)).  So far I've been working on validating the cluster finder on single-particle MC (from Ross).  The below plots show the distribution of distances and energy asymmetries for matched eta and phi clusters.

2. Absolute BSMD calibration: As a first step, I generated 10000 single-electron events (using code from Mike).  The below plots are obtained by running over those events.
