Run 24 pp and AuAu EMC timing

Run 24 pp timing:

1) Initial timing scans were done on run #25118040 from 27 April 2024:
    Attached are the plts/timing analysis for the TCD settings for BTOW and ETOW.
    a) BTOW had an average of the crate-by-crate scans of 121.0ns
    b) the standard graphical ETOW analysis gave 105ns 
    both of these values are very close (~1 ns) to previous run settings.
    c) the ESMD scan had operational problems and not analysis possible

2) Subsequently a cal_scan run #25121008 was taken using an altered global  timing setting
    a) the BTOW results here and here gave a TCD setting average of 123.5ns.
    b) the corresponding ETOW results were 107ns
    c) the ESMD plots are: 12S1-1S2 , 1S3-2P1 , 3S1-4S2 , 4S3-5P1 , 6S1-7S2 , 7S3-8P1 , 9S1-10S2 , 10S3-11P1 , with an average TCD setting of about 72 ns.
    d) a table summarizing BTOW values for both the above runs is here .

3) The upshot of all this is we went back (-2.5ns) to the original global setting with TDC values:     BTOW = 121ns,     ETOW = 105ns,     ESMD = 70ns.

Run 24 AuAu timing:

1) Timing scans were done on run #25280017 from 6 Oct 2024:Attached are the plts/timing analysis for:
    a) BTOW crates here and here .     b) ETOW crates here .     c) BTOW fits summary is here .

2) The final TDD setting were determined as:     BTOW = 120 ns and     ETOW = 104 ns.
