Attached are initial Run 15 pp 200 GeV crate level plts/nominal running phases with
caveats (these are from auto_scan run #16039029):

   1) for Barrel we normally have the fitting region asymmetric BUT to the high phase side
       ... I get fit errors when I try to do a fit e.g., [112,147] and not sure why. Maybe need
       to look at this a little more.

   2) for Endcap there must be "a channel" (or something) in crate #4 that is a bit "wild".
       I'd guess this crate's shift w.r.t. the others is also due to that effect (e.g., particular
       "channel" has time slew w.r.t. the average crate behavior)

   3) ESMD generally look good (phase set ~ 12 ns from high phase "edge")

   4) BSMD ... no scans yet.

These are followed by crate level plots from a subsequent scan #16041008 for
BTOW, ETOW and ESMD.
