Run 16 EMC dAu 19.6 GeV Timing Scans

Off-line analysis of cal_scan #17149031:

The averaged east-west BTOW setting is 122ns (note:
0x01-f is 123.9 and 0x10-e is 121.0, a larger east-west
difference than we usually see). The 122ns position is indicated by
the blue arrows in the plots below.

For ETOW, the results are consistent with the 63 GeV setting of 103ns
Hence we seem to also see a small difference in the BTOW vs.
ETOW timing shift behavior.

Finally, it appears from the ESL that global timing was adjusted after this analysis
("Changed yellow channel 8 from 144 to 147").

HERE is #17149044 cal_scan run (appropriately named files attached):

BTOW average TCD now ~ 119ns (0x01-f is 119.5 and 0x10-e is 118.2)
ETOW spectra has glitches but consistent with ~102ns

Hence both EMCs shift together by ~ 1ns compared to 62 GeV
(and BTOW east-west now better matched)
