Analysis w/ offline gnuplots (in usual way) the cal_scan
run #17141034 taken Friday evening 5/20/16 ... plots
are appended below.

The BTOW (east & west) average as well as ETOW show a shift of ~ 2ns with
respect the dAu200 setting (e.g., blue = new and red = old). So settings
for TDC in dAu 62 GeV would be:

   BTOW: 120 ns
   ETOW: 103 ns
   ESMD   64 ns (didn't check offline carefully but EMC towers shift together)
