   The results from the individual crate Gauss fits are:

   0x01-0x0f: 123.1ns av
   0x10-0x1e: 123.7ns av
   total average: 123.4ns
 
which suggests a phase setting of 123

(note: very close to the run 18 27-GeV AuAu average of 123.8ns
