The results from the individual crate Gauss fits are:

   0x01-0x0f: 126.9ns av
   0x10-0x1e: 127.1ns av
   total average: 127.0ns
 
which suggests a phase setting of 127

The distributions seem to look more asymmetric than usual, maybe due to low energy setup?
