Next show some progress status and some issued need to fix.

Reproduce the paper Plots follow the instruction:



Fig1. for 7.7GeV the generated plots looks slight but visiable different with the paper one (but not the other energies), please double check it's ploting issue or the input file issue.

Fig2. The same prolem as Fig1. pls double check the 7.7Gev data points for both unlike and like sign.



Fig4. 7.7Gev data points are different with the one in paper, The central value was shifted, both for unlikesign and likesign, and pi and proton. pls double check.

Fig8. left panels. for red solid circles (0.2-0.6GeV) The systematic uncertainties are missed in the macro. pls fix it.

Rerun analysis code for 7.7GeV with availabe trees provided by PAs.

...... waitting the jobs to be finish and will update later

......The R2analysis code have to run three times (for each invidual particles) for one energy, tested with 7Gev.
......three parallel running sessions for pi/k/p. 
......There jobs really take some time to finish. After merging the outputs, the rootfile is the same as the one PA provided.

Create distilled trees from MuDSTs ( for testing purpose with 7GeV, not for full production for full energies)

The "StRoot" directory was not uploaded to cvs, which means the analysisTree maker was missed. pls upload them to cvs.
temporary copied the one from /star/u/llope/2pac/tree/ for this testing

Jobs are submited and running, tested the procedure for 7.7GeV, it works fine.
Eventtough the output is not identical, but the overall size of the tree is quite similar. By comparison my tested results and Bill's tree.

The total number of events is 1333930 vs 1334711 for Bill and mine which can be found below.

Short Summary:

The code on CVS will be fine for me after fix the above mentioned problems.
All the test is for 7.7 Gev, not for other energies. Since PAs mentioned, the other energies dataset require large memory/disk size/time, they are perform on their local farm. in principle the procedure should be quite similar as this 7Gev One.
