run16 AuAu200GeV PXL performance

In total we have ~2231 phycisal runs with pxl, most are with the configuration "AuAu_200_production_2016" and only a few runs with "low_lumi_AuAu2016".
All these runs are already removed those "Junk" runs which are marked by ShiftLeader or RTS.
And In total,
# perfect_inner sensor= 211983 , fraction = 95.017%
# perfect_outer sensor= 649676 , fraction = 97.068%
